Keyword
density refers to the number of times a keyword appears on a given web page or
within a piece of content as a ratio or percentage of the overall word count.
This is also sometimes referred to as a keyword frequency, or the frequency
with which a specific keyword appears on a webpage. Keyword density can be used
to determine whether a web page is relevant to a specific keyword or keyword
phrase.

appears on a given web page. In other word keyword frequency is the total
number of times the same keywords or keyphrases are repeated on a page. If your
keyword frequency is too low for your primary or secondary keyword it will be

prominence is how close your keyword is to the beginning of a section, or
element of your webpage. Basically, as the term implies, how prominent your keyword
is. In simple, this means how close to the beginning of the web page , sentence
, title , h tag , or meta description your keyword are placed.

proximity refers to how close two or more keywords are to each others. You will
achieve higher rankings if you place your keywords close together. Keyword
proximity describes the proximity or the distance of two or more keywords
within a text, If there is no other expression between two terms, the word
proximity is very high.

short tail keyword is a phrase that contains 3 words or less. Examples include
‘athletic apparel’. ‘dvd player’. Since short tail keyword generate high search voloume, marketers may use these
keyword to draw high traffic to their home page. Short tail keyword are much
more general search queries consisting of one or two words.
vLong tail keyword
A
long tail keyword and phrase contain more than 3 words,they are definitely
a lot more targated and not as braoad.
You may not bringin as much search
traffic from long tail keywords but the traffic you do bring in is the kind you
are looking for.
